Located at 215 NW 22nd Ave, we offer convenient appointments seven days a week with clear pricing—just $10 per stamp and $5 admin fee per signer. Whether you’re notarizing legal forms, real estate documents, or personal affidavits, our professional notaries make the process simple and stress-free.

Online Notary: We Go Digital

The Notary, LLC makes notarizing your documents fast and hassle-free with secure online notary services you can access from anywhere. Whether you’re in Portland, Oregon or across the country, we offer legally binding remote notarizations for just $10 per stamp plus a $15 platform fee. Schedule your virtual appointment in minutes and get notarized from the comfort of home.

❓ Can I cancel or reschedule?
Yes! Your confirmation email lets you manage your appointment directly.

❓ Do you travel outside Portland?
We travel within 30 minutes of NW Portland. Further? Ask us—we’re flexible!

❓ Can you notarize real estate documents?
Absolutely. We handle everything from deeds and affidavits to full loan packages.

❓ Do you offer same-day service?
Yes, subject to availability. Book online or call/text us to check.

❓ What forms of payment do you accept?
We accept cash, debit/credit cards, and digital options like Venmo or Cash App.

❓ Can I get a document notarized on the weekend?
Yes! We’re open 7 days a week by appointment, including evenings and weekends.

❓ How long does a notary appointment take?
Most appointments take 10–20 minutes, depending on how many documents you have.

❓ Do you offer services in languages other than English?
We currently only provide services in English. You’re welcome to bring a translator if needed—just let us know ahead of time.

❓ Do I need to print my documents before the appointment?
Yes, it is best to print your documents before your notary appointment. We do offer printing services for $2.00, but we can not prepare a document for you (we can only print what you already have prepared)

❓ What if my documents need witnesses?
You’re welcome to bring your own witnesses. We charge $5 admin fee/signer if you bring your own witness. We also may have 1 witness in-office with advance notice ($20/witness). We may have other creative solutions. Just call us, we’ll help!

❓ Do you offer apostille services in Oregon?
Yes! While we don’t issue apostilles directly, The Notary, LLC can notarize your documents and guide you through the Oregon apostille process. We’ll help make sure your paperwork is ready for international use and point you to the right agency to complete your submission.
